Preparation Method:
For Idli:

Mix 1 cup of Idli Dosa Mix with ¾ cup of water to form a thick batter.

Let it rest for 10–15 mins.

Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 10–12 minutes.

Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
For Dosa:

Mix 1 cup of mix with 1 cup of water for a flowing batter.

Let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Pour a ladleful onto a hot tawa, spread thin, drizzle with oil, and cook until golden.

Serve with chutney, sambar, or potato masala.
